Halifax Concert Band Big Thanks from Dave

Hi all,
I want to let each and every one of you know just how well you played last night and mightily rose to the occasion of what was a really varied and, at times, quite challenging program of music. In many ways, it was the best we’ve performed a lot of those pieces!
There were, in a couple of places, some “sparks off the guard rails” but no crashes and no one got hurt! Let’s forget about those and just enjoy this accomplishment as a group. I was very happy indeed!
On another note, I realized this morning that I forgot to thank Donna Huffman last night for her excellent work with our website this season and I would be remiss if I didn’t send apologies to Donna for that. Donna, please know that we all really appreciate the work that you have done to resurrect the HCB website for this last season and for your continued efforts to keep it current and well managed! Thank you!!
I hope to see you all at the potluck next Tuesday!
Dave
